She has published numerous papers in International Conferences and Journals She is recipient of Best Research Award (2019) from IASTE Awards and Best Women Faculty Award in the year of 2020 from Amaravati Research Academy's Faculty Excellence Awards. Her area of interest includes Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Science and Theory of Computation. She is a life member of Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE), IASTE and IAENG. She is a Senior Member of IEEE and IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE). Dr. Malarvizhi, Nandagopal B.E., M.E., Ph.D. currently working as the Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Vel Tech Rangarajan Dr. Sagunthala R&D Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai-62, TamilNadu, India.
