Autorenporträt
Clifford Broman holds a Ph.D. from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He is a professor of sociology at Michigan State University and the author of numerous articles on stress and mental health and racism and discrimination as stressors in the health of African Americans. Shikha Bista holds an M.A. and Ph.D. in sociology from Michigan State University. Her research focuses on immigration, race, and social inequality, emphasizing health disparities.
