Stephen O. I. Orukpe, Esq. is a Nigerian lawyer and public-policy advocate. He is the Founding Partner and Principal at K, Q & P Summons (Abuja, Nigeria) and the Executive Director of the Poverty Alleviation Advocacy and Justice Initiative (PAAJI). He is also the Founder of the Policy and Legislative Advocacy and Awareness Initiative (PALEAAAI) and a Founding Director of Migration, Multiculturalism and Multidimensional Poverty Advice (M3PA) UK. His experience as a consultant to Nigeria's House of Representatives inspired this in-depth study of legislative processes in Nigeria and West Africa.
