Dinghai Wu, Ph.D., graduated from Wuhan University, majoring in communication, is currently the President (Chairman) of Shenzhen Academy of Social Sciences. He has long been engaged in cultural promotion management and research, and has rich research experience and achievements in the fields of modern urban civilization construction, mass communication theory and practice, and the development of special economic zones. In recent years, he has served as the director of the editorial committee of Shenzhen Reform and Innovation Series and Shenzhen School Construction Series, and has edited a series of books such as The Shenzhen Sample of China's Path and Report on Shenzhen's Economic Development. He also presided over and participated in the research on the urban paradigm of a socialist modernized country, the global regional cultural center city, etc. Zhikui Xie, Ph.D. of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Researcher, currently Vice President of Shenzhen Party School . His main research fields are state and social governance, urbanization and economic and social transformation. He has published several books and more than 60 papers as author or co-author.
