Mihoko Matsuyuki is Professor in Urban and Regional Planning at Yokohama National University. She has served as a member of Japan International Cooperation Agency's Advisory Committee on Environmental and Social Considerations. Fumihiko Nakamura is Project Professor in the Graduate School of Frontier Sciences at the University of Tokyo. He is also a sub-program director in the Cross-ministerial Strategic Innovation Promotion Program organized by the Japanese Cabinet Office in the field of smart mobility platform development.
