Darlan Oliveira Bezerra hat einen Abschluss in Rechnungswesen. Postgraduiertenstudium in Rechnungswesen-Steuerprüfung und Master in Buchhaltungswissenschaften an der UFPE. Universitätsprofessor in Grund- und Aufbaustudiengängen. Erfahrung im privaten und öffentlichen Rechnungswesen. Gegenwärtig arbeitet er als Buchhalter für die staatliche Gesellschaft für sozialen Wohnungsbau von Paraíba.
