The people of Maranhão are strong and belong to the customs of various oppressed peoples, black and indigenous, in need of public policies focused on their unique and fragile reality.

Graduated in Environmental Technology from the Federal Institute of Science of Piauí (2005). Specialist in Geography of Piauí from the State University of Piauí (2008). Full degree in Geography from the Federal University of Piauí (2010). Master's degree in Ecosystem Sustainability from the Federal University of Maranhão (2015).
