Phe X. Bach is an educator in the greater Sacramento area. He is an Instructional Leadership Corps professional development workshop trainer. He is teaching Mindfulness in the classroom for educators throughout California. Phe Bach acquired his Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership with the concentration in HRD at Drexel University. Dr. Bach is a Buddhist Practitioner and is a Vietnamese Buddhist Youth (GDPT) leader. Currently, he teaches Chemistry at Mira Loma High and co-teaches Master of Science in Higher Education's classes at Drexel University Sacramento. He was born in Nhon Ly, Quy Nhon, Binh Dinh, Viet Nam in 1976. In his early years, he finished 6th grade in Vietnam and started as a sophomore at Lincoln High School, Lincoln, NE. He got his Bachelor of Science, Biology; minors: Chemistry/Psychology at the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, NE and got accepted into the PhD program in Bio-Organic Chemistry at UC Davis. After 4 years of studying graduate school, teaching and researching, he earned his Prof. Clear Single Subject Teaching Credential in Science with CLAD, University of California, Davis and teach Chemistry at Mira Loma High since then. He also got his Preliminary Administrative Credential, CSU, Sacramento and a Master's Degree degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies, CSU, Sacramento. He earned his Doctoral degree in Education in Educational Leadership and Management at Drexel University, concentrated in Human Resources Development. He writes as a way to learn and retain his native Vietnamese language and culture as well as improving his English while promoting the message of compassion, understanding, love and mindfulness. He composes poems and write articles in English and Vietnamese on different websites and magazines both in Vietnam and in USA. He is also presenting his research and papers throughout the world.
