With a little proof that maybe the tormenting spook was right, Hobo starts a self preservation and clandestine hunt for possible homicidal foes in his city's concrete jungle. However, that pursuit exposes old dark secrets, darker concealed crimes, and the fact that mega millions of mob cash and jewels are still missing and up for grabs. Major Murphy's Law type problems also crop up in Hobo's hunt. Not only must he try to identify and find his enemies, but just who in the heck are his friends and foes in the search? And WHO is using and abusing WHO in separate agendas?
