Jindra Mandova is a children's author and illustrator who moved to the UK from the Czech Republic in 2014. Cambridge became her new home, where she improved her English. Now, she lives in Scotland and loves creating children's stories. Over time, with patience and the support of good friends, she is working on "Tales from the Meadow," a series of children's books. Jindra hopes to build confidence in everyone she meets, whether through reading her books, attending her healing sessions, or simply enjoying a chat over a cup of tea. Or even better, a cup of hot chocolate with plenty of whipped cream.When she's not creating stories, she loves walking in the Scottish countryside, even in the rain. She also enjoys cooking for her family and making a cosy home for them.
