Sinem Derindere Köseölu is a well-known Associate Professor of Finance at Istanbul University, Türkiye, where she also completed her Ph.D. in Finance. With extensive experience in corporate finance and valuation, she specializes in business valuation, startup and brand valuation, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), initial public offerings (IPO), project valuation, and feasibility studies. As an experienced financial consultant, Dr. Derindere Köseölu has led numerous valuation projects in various industries and prepared comprehensive feasibility reports for both new ventures and expansion initiatives, successfully securing funding for high-potential investments. With her academic rigor and practical insights, she collaborates with leading academics and industry experts to deliver impactful financial solutions that drive success across a wide range of industries. Adam Patterson is an economics and corporate finance professional with extensive experience in valuation & capital budgeting, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), financial modeling, and economic research. He has worked for global banks, MNCs, and leading asset managers. His research interests include asset valuation, political economy, startup modeling, Brazilian financial markets, and infrastructure economics. He is a columnist for multiple UK and Brazilian media outlets. Patterson is a visiting professor of corporate finance and valuation for several Brazilian business schools and a published author in economics and valuation.
