Krishnan Srinivasan is a former Indian Foreign Secretary. James Mayall is Emeritus Professor of International Relations at Cambridge University and fellow of the British Academy. Sanjay Pulipaka is Senior Fellow at the Nehru Museum and Library and adviser to ICRIER, New Delhi.
