Subba Rao, Ph.D., FIE, C.Eng.(I), ingénieur des mines agréé, a été membre du corps enseignant du département des mines de l'université d'Osmania, puis du département de géologie de l'université S.V., en Inde. Il est l'auteur de plusieurs ouvrages sur les sciences Veda et a publié plusieurs articles de recherche dans des revues indiennes et internationales à fort impact.
