In Vincent The Ripper, author Dale Larner provides detailed evidence proving the famous painter Vincent van Gogh was none other than the infamous serial killer known as Jack the Ripper! This explosive historical investigation reveals the shocking double life of Vincent van Gogh . . . struggling artist by day, calculating serial killer by night. Beginning with his first murder in London in 1873 at the age of 20, the book traces how Van Gogh's bloodlust evolved alongside his artistic journey, culminating in the creation of his Jack the Ripper persona in 1888. The evidence suggests Van Gogh's most brilliant paintings were fueled by his Jack the Ripper murders, with his killing spree providing the uniqueness he desperately sought for the approaching 1889 World's Fair. Vincent the Ripper is comprised of three volumes, of which this is Volume 1. The truth about Van Gogh's hidden life is being revealed.
Autorenporträt
Dale Larner graduated with a B.A. in Business from UNC Charlotte and stumbled into the computer field. But he couldn't let go of his dream of becoming a writer and artist. Eventually, becoming a writer took over his life, and Larner set out to learn all he could about the craft of creative writing, fully expecting to become a novelist who would quietly create new stories with wonderfully interesting characters. However, along the way, Larner made a discovery about his favorite artist, Vincent van Gogh, and he was compelled to write a non-fiction book about Van Gogh's hidden, murderous side. He didn't expect it to consume his life for so many years, but in the end, he completed VINCENT THE RIPPER: VINCENT VAN GOGH WAS JACK THE RIPPER, CASE CLOSED. Dale has also written a few short stories and painted a few paintings, which can be viewed at DaleLarner.com. He continues to write and paint in his sunny hideaway in Florida with his two faithful beagles, Max & Buster, by his side.
