Carrie-Lynn Hotson is a professor of business and human resources at Cambrian College and the author of Knowing Who You Lead. She has 28 years of experience as a coach, facilitator, and leader, including extensive work in human resources departments addressing workplace challenges. In 2022, she founded Inspiring Organizational Growth to share all that she has learned through inclusive, meaningful workshops tailored to service-driven organizations. As an experienced trainer in Change Management and Organizational Behavior, she specializes in helping teams and leaders identify the root causes of resistance and cultivate a mindset of curiosity and openness toward change. She is passionate about collaborating with clients to design and implement tailored business training strategies that enhance performance, drive meaningful results, and keep employee engagement at the heart of organizational success. She and her husband share a 140-acre farm in Sudbury, Ontario. Hotson is a proud mother of four adult children, deeply values her beautifully extended family, and is a devoted Nana to four wonderful grandchildren.
