We conducted the research with visually impaired civil servants. The results obtained enable us to establish a link between social representations and the integration of people living with visual impairments in the Burkinabe civil service. The level of integration depends on the type of social representations.

Léonce RAMDE was born on 20 June 1984 in Burkina Faso. He is a PhD student in Education Sciences, specialising in educational policy. He is also a teacher and holds a Master's degree in Education Sciences and works as a consultant in the field of education.
