She earned her PhD in Nutritional Biochemistry and Metabolism at MIT and completed a post-doctoral fellowship at Harvard School of Public Health. She currently has a clinical nutrition practice in New Jersey and New Mexico focusing on assessment of nutritional disorders and their appropriate management through diet, lifestyle, and supplements. She also consults for companies and research institutions on nutrition-related projects.
