Tanja Kreinig nasceu em 1986 em Innsbruck, onde cresceu e mais tarde estudou Ciências da Educação. Desde 2014, trabalha como assistente social para pessoas com deficiência. Atualmente, está a concluir a formação em psicoterapia catatímica-imaginativa.
