Shukhrat Ruzimuradov was born on September 6, 1968, in Uzbekistan. His professional career began in 1993 in the banking system.  In 2024 successfully defended his dissertation on the topic "Ways to Reduce Overdue Debts Among Business Entities" and earned the academic degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Economics.
