Sarah Jane Brian is the author of dozens of books for kids and has worked as an editor at Scholastic, American Girl, Sesame Workshop, and Benchmark Education. Her favorite memory of kindergarten is planting beans and watching them grow. Sarah lives in New York City with her family. Maria Angélica García grew up in Venezuela, where her passion for learning started at a young age - she would often spend the whole day teaching a "class" of stuffed animals. As an adult, she has dedicated more than twenty years to education and publishing. She lives in New York City with her family and her cat, Rayita.
