A native North Dakotan now residing in Carbondale, Colorado, Jodi Buchan's essays, articles and poems have been featured in regional, national and online publications, including the Aspen Sojourner and Northwoods Woman Magazine, as well as The Bark and Exceptional Parent. Buchan's own blogs are A Bountiful Heritage about food, wine and farm culture and DD Awareness, a site dedicated to caregivers of people with developmental disabilities--people like her daughter, Katie.
