Mankana Mbeka Blaise è sacerdote dell'arcidiocesi di Mbandaka-Bikoro, nella Repubblica Democratica del Congo. Ha conseguito un dottorato in filosofia presso l'Institut Catholique de Paris, un master in scienze dell'educazione e un baccellierato in teologia. Insegna presso l'Université Pédagogique Nationale e l'Université Omnia Omnibus di Kinshasa e presso il Philosophat saint Jean-Baptiste di Bamanya.
