Sean was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and attended Pittsburgh Public Schools. He graduated from South Vo-Tech High School in 1992 and received a Bachelors and Masters degrees from Clarion University of Pennsylvania, thereafter. In 2000, he married Antoinette and they went on to have three children. In 2004, Sean earned a second Masters degree from Georgia Mason University to move into education administration. Sean has been a teacher, school administrator (Assistant Principal and Principal) and now works as a Human Resources Administrative Coordinator. Sean is an active member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.
