When the Earth Sang of Us is a luminous debut poetry collection that captures what it means to feel deeply and live fully. Susmita Mukherjee weaves the eternal rhythms of nature with fleeting moments of human experience-love, longing, loss, old age, and the ache of memory. From moonlit skies to silent goodbyes, her verses-ranging from free verse to haiku-resonate like songs of the heart and soul. With tenderness and wisdom, each poem invites reflection, healing, and connection. More than a collection, it's a lyrical celebration of life's seasons and the quiet beauty within and around us all.
