Born from a visit to the Nova exhibition in Los Angeles, this collection of 107 poems weaves together survivor testimonies, family memories, and the enduring spirit of a community that refused to let darkness have the final word. Through various poetic forms, these verses honor the 364 lives lost at the Nova music festival on October 7, 2023, while bearing witness to both unspeakable horror and indomitable hope. Each poem serves as a candle in the darkness, illuminating individual stories while contributing to our collective memory.
