Carlotta Berry is a Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering and Robotics at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, owner of NoireSTEMinist Educational Consulting, LLC, co-founder of Black in Engineering and Black in Robotics. She writes textbooks and children's books about robotics and artificial intelligence. Her research interests include diversifying STEM, engineering education, open-source robotics, and human-robot interaction. She is passionate about engineering education, robots and diversity in STEM fields and enjoys writing to open up the world of robotics and engineering to people of all ages and backgrounds.
