Born in Baltimore and raised in the vibrant, arts-focused community of Columbia, Maryland, Ron Valenzia has spent his life steeped in creativity. As a performing and recording musician for over 40 years, he's shared the stage as an opening act for major artists and brought that same passion and energy to intimate venues across the East Coast. Since 1998, Ron has also been a devoted teacher of music and performing arts, inspiring students to discover their unique creative voices while showing them that rhythm, heart, and expression go hand in hand. Whether behind a drum kit, a microphone, or a camera lens, Ron approaches every medium as a storyteller. In recent years, Ron has embraced photography as another creative outlet--capturing the scenic beauty of his travels and the quiet, reflective moments that often go unnoticed. His work, both musical and visual, reveals a deep appreciation for the people, places, and stories that shape our lives.
