Dr Maya Lloyd, PhD, is a clinical psychologist with 20 years of experience. She spent 10 years as a senior psychologist with Queensland Health in the Child and Youth Mental Health Service across Logan and Ipswich. Dr Lloyd now runs a small private practice called Brisbane Family Psychology, and also works with Mums Matter Psychology, an Australia-wide practice that provides support to new parents. Dr Lloyd works across the lifespan, but specialises in perinatal and infant mental health, parenting and family therapy. Research from her postgraduate studies has been published in Clinical Child Psychology and Psychiatry, Journal of Paediatric Oncology Nursing and Psychology and Health.
