Without addressing the whys, all the other aspects (manifestations) of worship are theologically random. That doesn't mean that they aren't important-they certainly are-but only in a subordinate sense. The context of a subject provides a container for the content, from which all other inner-related topics can be considered, articulated, and implemented. In that sense, this book is the context-container for the why content.
