Autorenporträt

Órla is a writer, storyteller and performer based in the West of Ireland. She has performed and taught storytelling and improvised theatre workshops extensively in the US and Europe. She is a member of Irish Equity, Irish Writers' Guild and a Committee Member of Storytellers of Ireland. She has won several awards for her plays and storytelling performances. She runs storytelling and creative events and performances with The Spontaneous Theatre People, and Moth & Butterfly. Her first book for THP Ireland was Dublin Folk Tales for Children.
