Pëllumb Gjinolli, is an Environmnetal Enginner with a backround in Renewable Enegy which he got from Vienna University of Technology. After completing his studies, he devoted himself in promotion of the renewable energy by being one of the key persons to establish Kosovo Renewable Energy Association, where he holds the position of Deputy Chairman.
