Autorenporträt

Capt. Surender Malhan, retired, grew up in India. In school, his dream was to be a scientist, to do research, and to win a Nobel Prize. He studied physics, chemistry, and math at Delhi University, after which he joined the National Defence Academy, the top military academy in India where he received a degree in electronics engineering, and then he went on to earn a masters degree from the Indian Institute of Technology in Mumbai, India.When his life suddenly took an unexpected turn, he left the army on medical grounds. Shortly thereafter he got a job offer from the U.S., which he decided to take. He has been living there ever since.
