Autorenporträt
Dan Henderson combines his passions for travel, learning about other cultures, and creative expression to create portraits of the subjects that he encounters in a more meaningful way than simple physical portrayals. His photographs are exhibited at The Market Gallery in Roanoke, Virginia where he lives. He has had a solo exhibition and has participated in group exhibitions. His work is in the permanent collection of several organizations and has appeared in art-related publications. He previously published a book of photographs made in Iceland. If asked to describe himself with one sentence, he would say, "I am a Storyteller".
