In ancient times, when the world was old and the forest still young, wolf packs served as Stewards of the Forest, tasked with paving the way for the chosen who were destined to restore balance, peace, and prosperity. Repeatedly, the Darkness rose to challenge the stewards, starting fierce battles to forcefully claim the gifts from the forest. Throughout the Pack Wars, many lives were lost, and though the stewards emerged victorious, they paid a terrible price to banish the Darkness. The corrupt wolves faced exile on the desolate Blood Plains for a thousand lunar cycles. As the Blood Plains remained silent, peace enveloped the forest, and the memory of darkness waned in times of prosperity. As the foretold era of the chosen approached, darkness resurfaced in the forest, aiming to eradicate the stewards and usurp the chosen ones. An age-old prophecy cautioned against complacency and the resurgence of darkness, detailing the way to conquer it. However, many of these prophecies have been lost to time, wars, and neglect. Now, the stewards are in a race against time to find the missing prophecies and uncover their hidden secrets to vanquish the Darkness before it can corrupt the chosen and lead to the forest's downfall. Will the stewards be strong enough to resist the temptations and the allure of a dark power? Will they find the parts of the lost prophecies in time to thwart the darkness before it overwhelms the coming chosen? Will the forest endure the impending turmoil or be consumed by it? Amidst overwhelming odds, with hope and time slipping away, will a few stand strong and faithful to the end?

John was born in California, USA in 1963 - after many adventures, he now lives in the mountains of Idaho, with his wife Kylie and their German Shepherd guardians. They live off-grid and work to become more self-sufficient with each passing season. His five children are all grown, making their own way in the great forest of life. With over thirty years of tactical training and experience. John drew upon his own experiences to teach his children and many other students. He focuses on lasting values, standing for truth, using faith, honor, and loyalty to navigate the roads of life and to prove chivalry is not dead. To never give up, and believe in yourself and others. Most of all, recognize there is a higher power we can all draw upon no matter what life brings.Teaching, Storytelling and creativity are his passions.
