Harold Turinawe Bamwoya est un scientifique et chercheur ougandais. Il est titulaire d'une maîtrise en foresterie (produits du bois) (Mak), d'une licence en technologie du bois (Mak) et d'un diplôme d'ingénieur (génie civil et bâtiment) (Kyu). Harold a travaillé comme scientifique du bois à l'Institut national de recherche forestière (NaFORRI) et a enseigné des cours liés aux produits du bois à l'université Makerere.
