A native Californian, Dr. Bill Effler has enjoyed a forty-year career as a pastor, university professor, counselor, presenter and author. His previously published books include, Out From the Shadows, Biblical Counseling Revealed in the Story of Creation, and Resilient, Tools for Getting Up After Life Knocks You Down. Most recently Dr. Effler has published two children's books, The Kite, Learning to Fly Again, and The Playground, Life Lessons Not Learned in a Book. Dr. Effler has been a podcaster, addressing topics as, 'The Boy Crises', 'The Girl Crises', 'Eyewitness: The Real Story of the Battle of the Bulge', 'Redemptive Conversations with LGBTQ individuals, among many others.
