Autorenporträt
Madalina is a writer, poet, mother, wife, and an aspiring psychologist. Madalina has always been a lover of books, words and creative expression. Originally from Romania, Madalina has published extensively in Romanian, but this is her first publication in English; she credits writing with having helped her get through some of the hardest times of her life.Madalina is currently working as a licensed marriage and family therapist in Northern California and preparing to apply to Doctoral Programs soon. She finds joy in working with children (as she appreciates their genuineness and lack of layers), as well as working with couples (as she has always been intrigued by the dynamics that make some couple break apart and others thrive). When she is not writing or doing therapy, Madalina is busy traveling and researching ways to advocate for mental health and to eliminate the stigma that is often associated with mental illness. She enjoys writing about love, heartbreak, grief, healing, self-compassion, self-acceptance and self-care.You can find Madalina on ¿Instagram: www.instagram.com/madalinacoman¿Facebook: www.facebook.com/madalina.poetry
