Socioeconomic changes, tough global competition and work culture have made employees find difficulty in balancing the two important areas of their life, work and family life which continually keep them under pressure. This book reveals my graduation project and its aim is to investigate the relationship between work-life balance and job satisfaction. The mean of the research is a questionnaire to find the relation between work-life balance and job satisfaction. The respondents are asked to answer the questions according to their perceptions and points of view. The results reveal the degree of their job satisfaction and their acceptance of work-life balance policies.
