The study titled "Workplace Incivility on Job Satisfaction - A Study of Public and Private Sector Banks" investigates how workplace incivility affects employees' job satisfaction in the banking sector. While the specific details of this study are not readily available, existing literature provides valuable insights into the relationship between workplace incivility and job satisfaction in similar contexts.It is explored from the results of the research it shows that there is no influence in the opinions of SBI bank employees based on socio- demographical variables regarding workplace incivility. Further, it is also revealed that there is a significant influence among HDFC bank employees on the basis of their gender, age, experience and income, however, there is no influence of education, location, marital status and designation.The study concluded that there is no influence of socio-demographic variables with regard to workplace incivility among both type of bank employees in Telangana state.

Dr. G. Sabitha is currently serving as a Degree Lecturer in Commerce at TGSWRDC (W), Medak. She holds a Ph.D. in Commerce, along with M.Com, MBA, and B.Com degrees, all from Osmania University, Hyderabad. She is also a qualified NET and SET candidate.
