Michelle Spirit is a speaker, trainer, coach and therapist. She is recognised as one of the UK's leading experts on resilience. Her career has spanned mental health nursing, leadership development, coaching and hypnotherapy. For the past two decades, she has collaborated with organisations worldwide, including FTSE 250 companies and nonprofits, to create environments where teams thrive. Her clients include Mind, the mental health charity, with whom she worked to help build the resilience of Blue Light workers; Microsoft, to help build high-performing teams; University of Oxford (Colleges) to build mental health awareness amongst staff and students; and numerous social workers, nurses, GPs and teachers. Michelle lives in West Sussex, UK.
