Through her school, Path of the Masters, she teaches grounded tools for nervous-system repair, journaling, hypnosis, and shadow work, while also addressing the deeper layers of energy, sovereignty, and discernment that shape a person's life.Her background spans decades in government leadership, crisis work, and lived experience through medical injury, emotional collapse, and the Dark Night of the Soul that emerged from the covid situation. That journey informs her ability to guide others through profound transformation with clarity, integrity, and real-world understanding.Dr. Kay's books and courses include trauma-informed journaling, Dark Night navigation, Voice Alchemy, and the deeper mechanics of consciousness and healing.
