Ashraf Ibrahim Zidan é professor associado na Faculdade de Letras da Universidade de Port Said. Este livro baseia-se na minha dissertação de doutoramento de 2003 da Universidade Ain Shams, sob a supervisão da Dr.ª Nadia Soliman Hafez e de Maha Omara.
