Daniel McLinden is a writer, educator and lawyer. He lived and worked in Hollywood for many years. His other writings include the novel Tracks, about the steps one immigrant family took toward the American dream, going from dirt farming to politics; and, a college textbook, Civil Rights in America - A Handbook of Legal History, about landmark civil rights cases, underscoring the judicial trend over two hundred fifty years from injustice toward justice.
