Dafna Strum is the author of three previous books for children. She teaches music in Israeli preschools and lives on the Carmel, facing the blue sea. She loves to follow her imagination wherever it leads her,  and to bake cakes. (Especially pink ones). Shahar kober is an experienced illustrator working from a small studio in a small town in a small country. He has a Bachelor’s degree in illustration and a Master’s degree in culture and film studies. Shahar has illustrated many books published worldwide, and he has been teaching illustration for over a decade. He lives with his wife, two teenage boys, and a magnificent Tuxedo cat.
