Petronila Asang Ngeka, born in Bamenda, Cameroon, is an entrepreneur, award-winning author, podcaster, and founder of the Cameroon Dyslexia Association. She is also CEO of Mcare24 Ltd, a care company. Holding a diploma in business management (2008) and an adult nursing diploma from Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge (2012), she has worked in cardiothoracic critical care in Cambridge and general ICU in Birmingham. Petronila also serves as a CQC registered manager, providing domiciliary care and supported living services for people with learning disabilities, mental health, and substance abuse issues. Her media features include BBC (2019), The Voice Newspaper (2022), CRTV Cameroon (2023), and Global Women magazine London (2024). She lives in Birmingham, UK, with her two children.
