Julia is a dedicated wife and mother who has triumphed over many personal health challenges, and she is channeling her experiences into helping others. She is a member of the Association of Holistic Skin Care Professionals, sits on the Spotsylvania County Schools Career and Training Center's Cosmetology Council, and holds a Master of Ministry degree in Biblical counseling. As a former title holder in the United States of America Pageants, she has worked to reduce the stigma surrounding mental illness with her message in her new book You Are Not Your Diagnosis. Julia is a partner with Mental Health America Fredericksburg Region, focusing on illuminating collaborative efforts to support programs such as 988, the National Crisis Line, and promote other programs that focus on suicide prevention.
