Will Loiseau, a Brooklyn-born writer raised on Long Island, has possessed a lifelong passion for the creative arts, though he did not initially pursue writing as a career. As a child, words and stories came naturally to him, yet it was not until college that his talent was truly recognized. While studying to become a physical therapist at Florida International University, an English professor took note of Will's innate gift. He saw beyond his choice to follow a scientific path and encouraged him to further develop his writing skills. Amused at the irony of an English scholar identifying his literary promise in the midst of his science-focused education, Will took his advice to heart. Years later, he began honing his craft, little knowing where it would ultimately lead him. Though he did not abandon his interest in sports medicine and fitness, he slowly discovered within himself the soul of an artist. It would take a life-altering trip abroad for Will to fully connect with his writer's voice, but the seeds of his future career had been planted. When he returned stateside, traumatized but transformed, he turned instinctively to writing to process his experiences. And a true author emerged through the darkness of disaster. Coping with trauma through prose led to the release of his first book, "QUAKE: Horror and Hope in Haiti" - a gripping firsthand account of the 2010 Haitian earthquake. When he isn't writing, Will is an avid runner and certified holistic sports nutrition consultant. He has finished races across multiple distances, from 5Ks to his first completed marathon: the New York City Marathon. He strives to motivate others towards healthy lifestyles, drawing on his blend of personal experience and professional expertise. Currently, Will is working on his next book, continuing to nurture his passion for writing while also spreading awareness of Haitian culture. With his unique background and literary talent, he captivates readers; his nonfiction narratives showcase resilience in the face of adversity. Will Loiseau is making waves in the literary scene, inspiring others with his words. Pay him a visit at: TrueIronWill.com
