Dr. Sunny Lee is an Associate Professor of Organisational Behaviour at University College London. For the past decade, she has been teaching negotiation and conflict management to hundreds of people including MBA students, business executives and even senior police officers. Dr. Lee earned her Ph.D. in Organisational Behaviour from the London Business School and holds a Master of Public Policy degree from the University of Chicago. She has a B.A. in English Language and Literature from Seoul National University. Before entering academia, Dr. Lee worked as a consultant at Accenture, LG Ad, and Hewlett Packard for several years. She continues to collaborate with practitioners, providing advice on topics such as people analytics, performance management, and team dynamics. Her recent clients include the U.K. Cabinet Office and GB Style, LTD.
