From travelling the world to exploring the intricate parts of our inner world, Aubrey has made the pivot through her own journey of solo travels to soul purpose. She now helps ambitious leaders and business owners create more freedom, fulfilment and soul-aligned success in their life and business. She guides others through her personal experience and her training as a Certified Life + Success Coach and Accredited Practitioner in the modalities of Neuro Linguistic Subconscious Reprogramming, Hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Meditation. She has lived in Melbourne, London and on the road with one suitcase, and now resides in Sydney, Australia.
