Alexis Taylor is a chef, food writer and creator of the popular blog www.zestkh.com, with a namesake kitchenware line sold in stores and online. She's earned her stripes over the years in mountain town bakeries, working catering gigs, running her personal chef business, and operating as a chocolatier - but she is, and always will be, a home cook at heart. Her recipes are as approachable as they are delicious, ranging from healthy meals to decadent treats. No matter the dish, Alexis brings the ZEST, introducing unique flavors and culinary techniques to make each one pop. Alexis's spouse, Justin, has joined in on the fun, completing their husband/wife team. He can be found behind the camera lens, on the computer or otherwise behind the scenes helping make the whole operation hum. Their three children make it a family affair, whether they are in the kitchen with mom, cheerleading from the sidelines, or playing their most important role, star taste testers.
